How do I make reservation?
You can make a reservation through our website https://inara.com.ph/, through our Instagram account @inarasiargao, by calling our contact number or send us a message through WhatsApp +63927 3651402, or via email inara.siargao@gmail.com.
What is your cancellation policy?
Room cancellations are non-refundable.
No Show is 100% forfeited.

Will a security deposit be required upon check-in?
Inara requires an incidental deposit amounting to PHP10,000 per room upon check-in. It is fully refundable if not used.
What payment methods are accepted?
Inara accepts cash and all major credit cards as payment.
Rooms and Rates
Are children allowed to stay for free?
Children who are 7 years old and below sharing a bed with parents are free of charge on room accommodation (maximum of 1 free child), breakfast is excluded.
Can I change my room type upon check-in?
Yes, you can change your room type but requests are subject to room availability, applicable charges, and rate difference at the time of check-in.
How many rooms/suites do you have in total?
Inara have 6 suites available in total.
(1) Salakot Suite
(1) Garden Suite with Deck
(1) Garden Suite with Balcony
(2) Pool Side Suite with King Bed
(1) Pool Side Suite with Doble Bed
The maximum capacity of the rooms is up to 3 people only; Except for the Pool Side Suite with double beds which is good for 2 people only.
What types of beds are available at Inara?
The rooms at Inara feature King Beds, with the exception of the Poolside Double Beds, which have twin beds ideal for guests traveling together who prefer separate sleeping arrangements.
What bath amenities do the rooms have?
Amenities vary per suite, please refer to our Suites page to explore the difference amenities per room to this link.
What is the standard voltage of a room?
Our electrical supply operates at 220 volts with a frequency of 60 Hz. It’s essential to note that this voltage and frequency may differ from what you’re accustomed to in your home country. Some electronic gadgets, particularly those designed for regions with lower voltage, might require a transformer to prevent damage or malfunction.
Does the room includes breakfast?
Yes, all our room rates are breakfast included. Extra bed/person rate is also breakfast included.
Check-in and Check-out
What time can I check-in and check-out?
Standard check-in time is 2:00pm and check out time is 12:00pm
Do you allow early check-in and late check-out?
We will do our best to assure that you can check-in early and check-out late into your room. However, availability is subject to confirmation due to turnover of rooms.
What identification is required upon check-in?
A valid government-issued ID is required at check-in.

Do you have wifi?
Yes, Inara offers complimentary Wi-Fi access throughout the property, including guest rooms, public areas, and common spaces, to ensure you stay connected during your stay.
Is Inara beachfront?
Yes, Inara is a beachfront property, providing guests with direct access to the beautiful shoreline and stunning ocean views.
Do you offer airport shuttle service?
Yes, Inara offers a private airport transfer service for a cost of PHP3,500 per way for a maximum of 6 persons per van.
Do the rooms have air-conditioning?
Yes, all our rooms are equipped with air-conditioning to ensure your comfort throughout your stay.

What dining options are available at Inara?
Inara has several dining options, including beachfront, poolside, beachfront restaurant Kubo and treetop dining serving breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Do you offer room sevice?
Yes, room service is available offering a selection of dishes from our dining menu.
Do you cater to dietary restrictions?
Yes, please inform us of any dietary restrictions or allergies, and we will be happy to accommodate your needs.

How far is Inara from Siargao Airport?
Inara Resort is approximately 28 kilometers from Sayak Airport (Siargao Airport). The journey typically takes about 30 minutes by car, and we offer convenient transportation options for our guests.

How far is Inara from/to the General Luna Town?
Inara is 10-15 minutes drive to General Luna Town.
